    Version of the driver it shows in properties is 9.0.0.46 (31-8-2017). Note that in Device Manager, the ethernet adapter (Killer) does not show an error, it says it's working.     At that point, you can install the latest Killer Control Center package, and be good to go. Hopefully the E2200 will be working when it comes out the other side.In your case, take your connection off of "Metered" and then check for updates, and it should go through. Allow the Fall Creator's Update to go through.The E2200 will likely always reappear, and that is fine, as it is just reinstalling the default driver.
